College in DLI list but first semester online

Hello everyone! I have secured admission into a college which is in the DLI list of Covid 19 readiness plan for January 2021 intake. But the course which I got admission into is 1 year and is online (at least the first semester is). If I get approved for a study permit, will I be able to travel to Canada to attend it?
