I am Married,my husband is applying for family canadian citizenship..for some reason i don t have my college degree or school certificate,is it necessary to have this documents for applying visa???
Are you sure he is applying for citizenship? Not Permanent residence? If Citizenship, then you don't need it, if for PR and he wants to claim adaptability points, then you are going to have request another copy from the College where you graduated.
