Can I change my college from private to public in Canada? Will the college transfer the funds to other universities if I request them before the semester starts?

Have you completed at least one semester of studies in Canada? If not, you will need a new study permit to change schools. No, the college will not transfer the fees. You would need to get a refund from your original school.
No im currently in indiaa and my intake is may but i want to change my college from private to public so what should i do?
Do you have an approved study permit? If so, you either need to apply for a new study permit. Or come to Canada and study for one semester at college listed on your study permit.
Okay after doing that one year diploma can i do ug one year diploma can you please guide me
No. Nothing to do with where you are from. Make sure you can show the funds to pay for second program when you apply for extension.

My Niece needs to change the college if she do One semester at her current college and then change it to other does she needs to apply for study permit again or the current study permit will be valid?
She does one semester at college on her study permit. Then she can change her DLI.
