College Admit vs PNP - EE

Hi All,
The recent OINP Interest has put me in dilemma.

I have admit for Graduate Diploma course from John Molson- Concordia Univ for Jan 2020. My paperwork for study permit is in progress. Recently I received NOI from Ontario.

My concern is - If I continue to pursue education and at the same time apply for PR what are the consequences?

1. A gamble of $1500 in OINP - 30-60 days(1-3 month) processing time.
2. If Issued invitation - another 6 month atleast for PPR.

Meanwhile I can start with education and not lose time.

- Will I be eligible to apply for OINP(subject to conditions) if I am granted study permit?
- Is there a problem if I am issues PPR while i am in mid of my course?

Any input is highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

It's possible to pursue both at the same time, but be forewarned, OINP may question your intent because you are studying in Concordia. You'll have to submit a letter of intent + detailed plan that you will be settling in Ontario after completing your diploma.
