Good day! I'm from the Philippines applying to study in Canada. I availed of the services of WES to identify the equivalent of my 4 year BA Psychology degree in the Philippines and turns out it translates to a 2-Year Community College Diploma in Canada. I currently work in a government institution taking care of rescued elderly who suffer from different mental illnesses like dementia or suffering from trauma if ever that helps with my application. With that I've been wondering with my next option and has some questions regarding those.

My questions are:
- Is having a 2-Year Community College degree enough for me to get a job in Canada?
- Since I have a 2-Year Community College Degree, will me studying for an Ontario College Diploma(2 years) be a good choice or is it just me repeating what I studied since I already have a Community College Degree? Are they the same or is the College Diploma better?
- Will studying for an Ontario College Graduate Certificate be a good choice as well because of the reason stated above? A choice of mine would be in Mohawk College studying Brain Disorders Management. Will I be able to get a job after that?

WES is only for immigration, employers & schools dont need any WES calculations, so you should have a bachelors as far as employers/schools are concerned.
Dont really know anything about your field but college diplomas do very little to get you a job it is mostly about networking & experience.
