Collection of passport

Hi.. My sister applied for study visa and submitted paper application.. Later we linked application online and got refusal letter last week .. Today when she went to VFS for PP collection, they said its still in process.. She never received mail to come and collect PP and only communication is through her online account.. This is her second application.. Anyone experienced this? What could be the reason and when can we collect PP?

Applied on 30th May and linked application online on June 02 and rejection letter received on June 20th.. But today when she went to VFS to collect passport they said its still under processing as per there records

Which country? in the final decision does it showing refused.

when you got refusal letter, on the same day? do you got it by mail or in the message box. What is mentioned in the refusal letter?

7-30 days, mostly people get it back in 10 days.

Hey don't worry. The same thing happened to one of the guy in this forum. He got a letter from CIC mentioning others as a reason for his study visa refusal. But exactly after two weeks he got an email from CIC stating your vis application has been approved, He applied through online. Don't worry, I wish you all the best.

Just checked at VFS site and PP is available for collection.. So no magic in this case and visa is rejected now only option is EE but than for that I am still confused if we should add 1 year internship or not
