Dear members,
Need your help on following questions:
Consider a situation where we as a family have done medicals on 1st Jan 2018 & we get the CoPR on 30th June 2018. Ideally, we should land before 31st Dec 2018 (which is the expiry date of medical examination).
Suppose, I as a primary applicant will land in Canada in August 2018 & I will get the PR card by Nov 2018. My wife & child will land in Canada in Dec's first week (before the expiry of medical exam) & apply for PR Cards & then they both will leave the country in next two weeks without collecting their PR cards.
Question is
1. Can I collect their PR cards on their behalf in their absence as waiting period for PR Card is almost three months & courier them back to my home country later?
2. Do they need to spend three months in Canada to collect their PR cards too?
