collage acceptance and visa approval

i had done my graduation in bba i had 6 backlogs i would like drop the course and strat up with a new ug degree in canada am able to get acceptance
will the three year gap will be an issue
i have a course completion certificate

How do you have course completion certificate if you are going to drop the course. You need to give good reasoning why you dropped the course. You will need all transcripts and degree certificate, course completion certificate is not enough.

Both college and visa officers will question why you have the 3 year gap and why you did not complete your degree.
