Coc from Singapore

I submitted my application and immediately got a document needed update.

My wife has spent over a year in Singapore. We need a CoC for her. As per the SG police website we need to send her fingerprints taken by police or some authorized person.
The police is making me go in rounds. Is there any other way to get the fingerprinting done ?
