COA - Canadian Orientation Abroad

Hi

My common law partner must attend a seminar and get a sticker (Philippines) called CFO
Seems no problem

She says she also got a flyer, something about COA - Canadian Orientation Abroad
CIC Citizenship and Immigrant Canada

Is that another thing she has to deal with before she has clearance to enter Canada / Leave Philippines

Hi,

It's not mandatory to attend that seminar but can be very useful for the all newcomers
in Canada. She needs to call or log-in to the site stated in the yellow brochure sent
by the embassy.
