Co-signor to sponsor parents

Sorry if cross posting - didn't find an answer to my question.
I am married and we want to apply for my mom's sponsorship. Can I apply without my wife being a co-signor, or wife always MUST BE a COSIGNOR?

Only if you fall short of the required income, co-signer is an option

As peter mentioned above, you don't have to have your wife as co-signer. Only if you cannot meet the LICO 3 year requirements, can you add your wife as co-signer if you cannot meet the requirement by yourself.
