Co-signer income for PGP 2020?

Hi Guys,

I am planning on sponsoring my parents, so in total it will be '7' people including myself who I will be responsible for.

7 people	$69,935	$87,172	$85,835

For example: If Sponsorer earned $87K for 2018, 2019 & 2020, can he include Spouse as a Co-signer on the application & the only resource of income for this co-signer is CCB.

Can CCB be considered as a income so that spouse can be considered as a co-signer?

CCB is not counted as income.
