Co op work permit with S-1 visa

Hi,

I received an S-1 visa on my passport instead of the SW-1 visa even though I ticked the part saying that work is a mandatory requirement of the program and also uploaded the co op letter.

Will I get the co op work permit along with the study permit once I land at the airport?

Any help would be appreciated

I got the same Visa category too. Would I be able to do my 375 hours internship with am S-1 visa?
