Co-op work permit with a current student status

So recently my study permit extension was approved and i was also given a work permit (which i haven't requested). When i have received actual physical permits, i realized, that work permit is a "Case type 59", which is apparently a co-op work permit. "Employer - any designated post secondary institution".

I haven't asked for this permit, i don't really need internship or practicum to finish my studies. CIC website says that "you can apply for work that's essencial for your studies". Would the full-time work at the same area as my studies count as a legal option? For example, if you're studying for a truck driver licence, are you able to work as a truck dispatcher full-time for some period? Just the first parallel on my mind.

Thanks!

No. A coop work permit is only for studies related work i.e work that is part of your studies and you are getting credits for.
You can work a normal job 20 hours like every other student.

As said above, no. If you do this, you will be working illegally.
