Co-Op Work Permit to PGWP

Quick question for anyone who knows - I am in my last semester of studies and its a Co-Op Work semester.

I have been offered a full time job for the company I am a Co-Op worker for.

My question is - they have asked me to transition to full time on April 22, that is when my semester ends. But I can't apply for my PGWP until I get an official transcript.
Can I accept the full time offer and start full time with my co-op work permit and then apply for PGWP in may and transition?

If not please suggest the best avenue for me, I don't want to loose this job offer?

Hi, can I know how did you do? I want to work just after I finish all the courses. But school will take 6weeks to provide the confirmation of graduate letter. So I can apply PGWP 6 weeks after I got final grade. I cannot work until I apply PGWP?
