Hi everyone - I have been an international student here in Canada since Dec 2021 and currently completing my program work placement till Dec 2022 (also my graduation date). At the airport I was given a "work permit/co-op work permit" with my college's DLI number and usually study permit details included "all-in-one" permit but the title says "WORK PERMIT". I am confused as to is it a combined letter or do I need to get a study permit separately. I've had no issue getting my SIN, studying at my college and completing my work placement with the same document but since I have to extend my study permit now. I am confused as to if my extension would be refused since I don't have an actual study permit letter? I also want to travel back home and have been thinking the implications of this while re-entering Canada. FYI - My passport have been stamped with study permit expiration date as April 30, 2023 and similiarly the work permit. Please help.
