Co-op work permit processing times

I applied for Co-op work permit 100 days before my program starts by paper. I am now so worried whether I will get it by that time or not. I have the following questions:
1- When one applies by paper is it required to open an account online?
2- If it is not how I can understand the status of my application?
3- In case I don't have it 2 weeks before my program starts, is it possible to go to a Canadian board (do they accept it when I have a paper application in process)?

but I applied on june 8th, and I'm still waiting for it. it's been over 110 days for now

Whe you will have a CO op?
Should be starting a week ago. but delayed till now. Still unsure about when I can get on board, totally up to the work permit
so far they're okay with it, unsure about what's going to be next.
