Co-Op/PGWP apply

Hi Friends

I have a Co-Op permit which is valid until July 31 2021.
The college has provided their letter and other details to apply for PGWP.
Can I apply now or do I have to wait until July to apply for PGWP?
Is there any problem if I apply for PGWP now as I already have a valid Co-Op permit?
