Hi Everyone
I was looking into applying for Express Entry BC PNP - International Graduate Stream. My profile is as follows :
EDUCATION : 3 years advanced diploma from Ontario(12 months co-op included)
SKILL TYPE : NOC A
JOB TITLE : Software Developer
JOB TYPE : Full time(Indeterminate)
LOCATION : Victoria (past 1 year)
CLB : 9
My only concern is the clause in the BC PNP application guide under International Graduate Stream I quote:
" Your program of study is not eligible if you spent more than one-quarter of the program time in a co-op work term or internship."
I have difference of 3 months (1/4 of 3 years is 9 months), which makes me ineligible. Has anyone with a similar problem got their PNP successfully, please share your experience.
After calculating my score, I get estimate my registration score to be 109, which can potentially get me an invitation for PNP in the next draw. Is it worthwhile giving it a shot ? I also have a CRS score of 435 in Express Entry, would a PNP refusal have a negative impact on my Permanent Residence application..
Any information would be much appreciated
