Co-applicant experience letter

Hi All,

I have an issue with my wife's experience letter/ documents. She has non-canadian work experience and is the co-applicant with me

She joined her company in 2010 and the company was merged with another subsidiary of the parent company in 2012.

Now her salary slip shows date of joining as 2010 while the HR issued letter of employment says date of joining as 2012.

She has an offer letter of 2012 when she was moved to the new company but no relieving letter for her old company.

What should we do?


Her Letter of Reference will be signed by her manager and she will get the business card from him. We will also get a letter from the HR stating that no such roles & responsibility letter is issued by the company.

Remote it from the Work experience section and disclose it in Personal History section if you are not fetching any points for her experience. This is what i am doing. If you want, write an LOE.
