Hi,
I want to attend a 2 year co-op school program (one year studying and one year working).
will this be considered as a 2 years diploma?

For example in the EE will I get points as for a 2 years diploma and 1 year work experience? or what?

Also, from my understanding I will have to apply for a co-op work permit for the second year.
Will I be able to apply also for a PGWP after it ?

Thanks !!

No - you won't be able to count your co-op as work experience and you won't get points under EE. Work experience gained as part of your studies cannot be counted as work experience towards any immigration program. Yes - it will be considered as a two year diploma provided. You will qualify for a PGWP as long as the co-op isn't greater than 50% of your studies and as long as you attend a school that qualifies for a PGWP. Make sure you attend a public college. Stay away from private colleges.
