Hello everyone. I am an international student and passed the NCLEX-RN in December of 2017. I am currently completing my outstanding requirements to register to the college and get my license. Did anybody experience waiving their english exam by sending CNO: Registration Administration some letter of reference as evidence of english proficiency? How long did it take the college to review your application and were you able to waive the exam successfully?
