Till January this year CIC use to send PPR having an option to drive to "Canadian Consulate General in Detroit" for Visa and doing the "Landing" on the same day while entering Canada. This use to save a lot of time sending the Passport by post.
The following notice from "Canadian Consulate General in Detroit" states that their office is closed. So what does curret PPR request look like ? Can anyone (who received PPF request recently) post the content.

Does this mean that we no more have the option of Visa stamping and doing the Landing on the same day ?
