Closed work permit

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me on the below issue?

I am on a closed work permit and my wife is on an open work permit. Can I open a business on my name since I am holding a closed work permit? I mean she can work under open work permit using my business. Does this business affect my work permit renewal?
