Good-day,

I currently have a closed work permit which will be expiring in a months time and in the interim i have my pr application in process.May i apply BOWP ,as my lmia closed work permit will be expiring in a months time or do i reapply for a LMIA to extend my work permit.

Hi I have an closed work permit that expires in 5 months, I applied to PNP and I am waiting for the results. I am curious to know if I can extend my current work permit, in the worse case scenario not having the decision about the PNP.
My job offer is valid and permanent. I don't think I need another LMIA, right? Just regular extension...
Does anyone knows anything about it?

When you say that you've applied for PNP, what do you mean by that? Have you already received the nomination or are you still waiting for the nomination?
