What should I mention in the answer for Labour Market Impact Assessment?

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?

Yes and Yes if it was gained after your LMIA is approved.Its a different story if you are on a intra-company transfer.

Then i assume you cannot claim points for LMIA since you don't have one approved.
