Closed work permit refused

My closed work permit refused due to my employer got refunded my LMIA expemt fee ( payment was done before but due to some technical issues it got refunded back to my employer). For not providing the offer of employment ID number with my work permit application which includes employer compliance fee, my application has been refused.
In this situation I raised a web form for reconsideration with a new compliance fee receipt and explained the situation. How does this process work, does the immigration officer consider my web form and open my closed case, I'm worried

So this your employer’s fault and your file was closed. So employer was refunded and paid again and got new employment ID number. There are not timelines for reconsideration and given it was closed not sure it will be reopened. Are you in Canada? And what is status? Consult an immigration lawyer.

For reconsideration to lead to any change in result you have to prove that IRCC has made an error. In this case it was not IRCC’s error so I would suggest reapplying at this point while you wait for reconsideration.

Yes, I'm in canada right now and consulted a immigration lawyer he said some options for legal status as I can apply for vistor record as my employer doesn't allow me to apply for restoration

So you cannot work and cannot until your WP is approved. Employer has nothing to do with restoration. It is whether your original WP expired more than 90 days ago. Also you cannot apply for a WP within Canada if you have to start over.

It's good that you requested reconsideration. However it's impossible for any of us to say if IRCC will consider it or not. They might or they might not.

If they do not, then you will want to apply to restore your status to visitor.

My work permit expired and it's more than 90days ago I was on implied status untill my decision but after my refusal my I asked my employer that I will apply for restoration but he was against it as it takes 90days period time line. And he asked me to leave canada within 2 weeks and as per company policy they said they don't agree for restoration and I can't go against our policy as it leads to further policy issues.
Sooo through immigration lawyer I applied for vistor restoration and changed my status to stay untill 2 weeks.after that I need to travel back to my country
If I need to apply for work permit again my company said they won't do it now
Do I any options here or it's a dead end?

It's good that you requested reconsideration. However it's impossible for any of us to say if IRCC will consider it or not. They might or they might not.

If they do not, then you will want to apply to restore your status to visitor.

Yes I changed my status by restoring it to vistor. How will be the chances of my reconsideration request getting considered by IRCC?

If your employer won’t support a new WP are they still supportive of the reconsideration? You may want to clarify if they have pulled their support in general since they suggested you should leave in 2 weeks (not up to them when you leave).

Yes, they are supporting for rescosideration but they said I should leave due to company policy that I should only stay in canada for 2 weeks I cannot stay more than that. But they said if I get any sort of update update in 2 weeks they gonna consider my travel request for 2 more weeks or more but if nothing updates on 2 weeks I should leave immediately and also they had booked my flight ticket as well.
