I am on closed permit from ABC Company and deputed to client XYZ, now after working with client XYZ, they want me to offer job to work with them directly. But they don't have any good HR for guide them for Visa process etc .
Can someone guide me, if i put my file under Express Entry and my client XYZ offer me the job then can i qualify for PR ? Other question is that my client XYZ are located in Quebec, i do understand TEF is mandatory and for me learning French is not possible, do we see any other alternative options for my PR if i get offer from them directly.
My NOC is Teer 0-1
