Closed Work Permit - Legal Stay

Hi All

Please help me with your suggestions

I am in a closed work permit which is valid until Oct 2020 but I lost my job now. I heard that my temporary status will be valid until 2020 so that I can remain in Canada. My spouse is in Open work permit he is currently working and my son is a minor and he is in study permit. His study permit is expiring this Oct 2019, so is it possible to extend his study permit?

Please advise some suggestions to retain his status.

Also is my husband eligible for Canadian Experience Class as Main Applicant?

You can apply for an extension of his study permit.

No one here knows if your husband is eligible. He will need to look at the requirements himself.
