I am working as S/W engineer and my work permit was expired on 20th Dec 2015. I applied for extension on 11th Dec 2015 with the same employer. As soon as I submitted my application, I saw the status as Open. But that Open status is not changing for long time. Now the processing time is exceeded as mentioned in CIC. If some body have any idea on this, please let me know.
