I need your help in relation to the Closed Work Permit.
Currently I'm working in the company from who I got my LMO. This is the same company on the basis of whom I filled my PR Application under FSW with arrange employment category. But now my closed work permit of 2 yrs is getting expired next month. So I was wondering how am I suppose to extend my permit. Do I have to tell my company to apply for a new LMO so that I can apply for a closed work permit again OR I can just file an application for Bridging Open Work Permit.(I know I'll be able to get BOWP because I meet the requirements)
My only concern is if I get a BOWP, will that make me ineligible for my FSW application under arrange employment category as my previous closed work permit is no more valid and now I have BOWP. Even though I am still working with the same company under the same conditions of the LMO.
