CLOSED work permit after PR submission

Hi All,
My wife gonna apply for PR through RNIP in some days, from outside canada,
Can I get Closed work permit(inland) after PR file submission?
Actually my close work permit in process.
But before that my wife gonna submit PR through RNIP.
May be I will get closed work permit after PR submission.
So can I update later in our PR file about work permit?
