Close work permit to open work permit

Hi everyone,

Close work permit holder with case type 20, I applied for permanent residence provincial nominee program skilled workers with employer support, I got the provincial nominee certificate and I wanna work with another employer, how i can apply for an open work permit?

if there is a way to get that I want it too!
From what I know you have to contact your PNP program, discuss your situation, find a new employer, he pays 230$ for an LMIA exemption (if you do not need one) and then you can get a new closed work permit for the new employer...
