I am an Electrical Engineer 31 Years old Single , have 9.5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance , Industrial Automation etc . Presently working at Lagos , Nigeria as an Electrical Engineer .

I want to immigrate to Manitoba Province . A close family friend is ready to sponsor me . How feasible is it in the present scenario ?

Having a friend or other type of relative who is willing to 'sponsor' you to come to Canada is NOT possible under Canada's current immigration system.

Your information is only relevant to the Family Class and not to PNP.

Some PNP programs have a mechanism where the support of a provincial resident can be taken into account. http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/swo/

It is not sponsorship however.
