Clinical fellowship and job offer

Dear all
I got a job offer as a clinical fellow (one-year clinical training). The mentioned the dates of start and end and the salary. I will be on a work permit visa.
Do EE accept this letter as job offer and I can get the extra 50 point?

If you have LMIA document, then you can quote 50 points.

In that case you cannot claim this as a job offer and get the points until after you have worked in Canada for a full year. So short answer is no - you cannot at this time.
