Hi guys, I applied online for citizenship last weekend. I had to provide another document. I used IRCC webform to submit a CSE. I gave them my name, DOB, and UCI to submit that document. I also provided the receipt number and reference number in-case those help to identify my file.
It looks like they will not be responding. How can I ensure they associated that document to my file? Is there an email I can send the document as well?
