I would like to know about a correct way to answer IRCC regarding "Letter concerning landing date."

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
Client Information/ Kit, Application forms: Letter concerning landing date.
IRCC requires information regarding the follow information:
If your application were to be approved, would you be able to land in Canada before March 8 2022?

I have just received a message above from IRCC; however, I couldn't find a form, called "letter concerning landing date" from "Find an IRCC application package or form" (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides.html)
To answer the question "If your application were to be approved, would you be able to land in Canada before March 8 2022?," can I simply write a letter in Word document and submit it as a PDF file to IRCC?
If you went through the same process, I'd like to know how you completed the file submission.
