Hi guys,

My dad had a multiple entry visa issued for 1999 to 2002. Is there a Client ID / UCI Number found on the visa in the passport? I can't find any number with a dash (-).

It is stated in the CIC website that:

If you have a Client Identification Number (Client ID) and you do not provide it, you will not be able to apply for all available online services.

So I'm scared to continue and select the wrong button. Is there any other way to know if my dad already has a Client ID?

Or do you know where I can ask? email address? Telephone number?

I'm from the Philippines.

Thanks in advance.

Its to the right of FPA, its 8 digits, ( no dashes and it has no alphabets ) but my father had 2 visa stamps, the 1st one doesn't have it, the 2nd one does

UCI usually is given when they apply for extension so it makes sense as my father did have ext in 1st visa stamp then when he applied again, they put UCI in there

the one on the right of FPA is alphanumeric and is 10 characters.

do you know any number or email address i can ask the client id?

then he doesn't have UCI, you don't have to write UCI if you don't know
