Client ID on Payment Form

We just paid the $1040 via the website for a Spousal VISA application.

The form asks for a Client Number, but we don't have one...

What shall we do?

Leave it blank - they will complete it once they assign it. You only have a client number if you've ever interacted with CIC for another application.
