Client Application status online services???

Hi all,
I tried Client Application status online services,but ended up with"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided".
Does anyone try this but work??

I submitted my eAPR 2 days ago and tried this today. I got the same result. At the bottom of the page, it states that the status will be visible once they start processing. I cant expect them to start processing my application in 2 days when the clinic has not sent my medicals to CIC.
