clean & "fillable" outland form PDF's

As anyone who's downloaded the "Fillable" form PDF's for the outland process knows, the documents you get aren't exactly "fiillable". Several fields are missing, and many more are read-only for some reason. They're nowhere near as clean as the "inland" form PDF's.

I've edited the copies I downloaded to correct these problems. Would anyone be interested in blank copies of the improved files I've made? If there's an appetite for these I can finish improving the files (e.g. completing all of the fields that are still missing, but which I didn't need) and make them available for download.

That's great you were able to make those changes. I already have submitted my app, so I don't need them, but I did find it super frustrating to not be able to enter dates in the date fields. Maybe my problem was my pdf editor program, I don't know. It was annoying though, so it is very nice that you are making the offer to help others by providing working forms.

I used pdfescape to fill and save my forms.

I didn't seem to have any problems with filling out forms, even the read only forms.

I applied inland. I realized they were fillable forms just when i had finished filling them by hand with a black pen. well too late, i didn't want to re do them again , so i sent everything handmade...LOL....well apparently i didn't do major mistakes because the application was not returned to me
