I personally don't think you are eligible to apply. The problem is with your Writing score, which is less than 6. Are you good with French??? If you can score more points in French, consider claiming French as your first language.

You must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 for your first official language in all four language areas.
Next, to see how to convert IELTS to CLB go here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp
Scroll down to the IELTS section to see that CLB 7 needs at least a 6 in IELTS in all areas. The above are all from the official CIC website.
