Clarification required for Questions 13 and 14

Hello experts,

Need your inputs on below queries regarding Questions 13 and 14

Eligibility Period : 2016-09-24 To 2021-09-24

Indian Passport details:
Old passport: 3rd Nov 2010 to 2nd Nov 2020
New passport :24th Nov 2020 to 23rd Nov 2030

Queries:

1. Question # 13 : Do i need to provide details on both the passports with Effective and End date as Issue Date and Expiry Date respectively
2. Question # 14: Same query as above and since there is a gap of about 20 days in between will provide the explanation as ‘Process delayed due to Pandemic’. Is it Ok
3. And need to include photocopies of both the passports ?

Q13 is about Citizenship and Immigration status.
You do not need to provide Passport details for Q13. You should include citizenship status (i.e. Indian date citizenship obtained would be mostly at birth and end date would be blank). Following on you should include all the visit (business/tourist visa), work, student, resident visa, etc related details which will have start and end date
Q14 is where you need to provide the passport details and if there are gaps, mention the reason below... The gap info you mentioned below, should be fine
Yes include clear colored copies of both passport including all pages(bio, pages with visa and blank pages) as these 2 passports are within the eligibility period.

So for Q13: I need to
1. Include the Indian citizenship status with the Effective date same as my birth date (even though i got the passport 15 years later) and end date will be blank
2. Include US B1/B2 visa details with start and end date(which is effectively for 10 years).

I do not have any other country's visa other than Canadian work permits(expired) and PR which is valid.

You are granted citizenship in India by birth even though you get a travel document e.g. Passport much later...
That's fine include the B1/B2 details which are usually issued for 10 years. No need to include Canadian WP as the question clearly says statues other than Canada
