Clarification on Work Experience

Hi All,

I have worked in 4 companies.

1st from Oct 2008 till Apr 2009,

then 2nd from Oct 2012 till May 2015,

3rd from June 2015 till Oct 2015

and 4th from Oct 2015 till present.

My question is, do I need to get letter of reference for all 4 employers as 2 of them are only 3 and 6 months of experience? and If i can't get letter of reference then should I omit their information from my work experience form? or add payslips?

Please advise. Thanks in advance

You need to input work experience for which you will be claiming points in EE profile and provide the reference letters in letter head,pay slips,work contracts and other documents to prove experience as required by IRCC.

The rest of the work experience should be mentioned in your personal history section later on after getting ITA,you don't need to provide proof of work experience which you will not be claiming points.

I plan to claim points for my experience of 3 years and 1 year as I can arrange all LoR for them.

But would it be a case of misrepresentation if I only show 4 years of experience in work experience and around 5 years in personal history?

You would be showing 4 years in Employment history and 1 year in personal history. I too will be showing 4 years in employment history and 6 months in personal. Misrepresentation could be when you have some experience and you completely hide it.

I have a total of 9 years but entered only 4 years in EE profile as it would be easier to obtain documentation in the desired way.
I am claiming points only for last years.

Based on this I got Oinp letter

Question 1:

in oinp application do i need to enter all 9 years as they are asking to list all jobs in last 10 years.

Question 2 :

I am mis representing since I am hiding the rest 5 years and only showing 4 years.

Please advise
