Clarification on Work Experience for Ontario EE (Human Capital Priorities)

Hello!

I was looking at the requirements listed for Work Experience under Ontario's Human Capital Priority Stream application - Application Guide (Section 2.1.1)

I have 1 year of full-time work experience and am trying to get additional points in FSWP by counting my internship experience as a form of work experience as well. This would then equal 2 full years of work experience and get me 11 points versus 9.

My question is whether this experience will count. Here are the bulleted requirements on the guide and my questions:

1. The experience must be continuous & full-time - my internship is continuous and full-time. I work 40 hours+ per week and all 5 working days.

2. Paid work (volunteer experience and unpaid internships do not count) - my internship is not salaried - I get a stipend per month from the company and it is supposed to cover transport, etc. - ***would this stipend ensure that the internship is not classified as unpaid, and if so, could I count this internship experience under my total Work Experience?***

3. At skill type 0, A, B - my internship work matches an A

4. It is in a different NOC to what my previous full-time employment of 1 year's NOC is - does this matter? My internship is under NOC 1123 and my previous Work Experience is under NOC 4163.
