I have a dilemma, my passport needs to be renewed and I am going to renew it this coming saturday, then they told me the processing time is 8-10 weeks (a lot longer than I expected) and there is no expedite option for it.
I'm graduating under coop and the company I'm currently working is interested on absorbing me after my coop. So my timeline would be on December 4 will start my 90 days countdown for my application of PGWP but my passport would be 8-10 weeks so around 2nd - 4th week of January. When I get my passport, that is the only time I can apply for PGWP.
My problem is that my company vacation end at January 2, so does this mean I can't work since I have not applied for PGWP that time?
I look at the "Waiting for decision" part of the link, I'm just not sure if it consider those who have not applied yet but still on the 90 days mark
