Hello !

I sent my application the 1st of March to Mississauga. I'm applying for pr under sponsorship of my commonlaw partner outland.
I'm French and my visa office is Paris.

I have 4 kids from a previous relationship and I had to get 117 9d notarized to join to our application.

Does anyone have to go with this too ? Could we share our experience about that ?

Thank you !

Dong

What do you mean you got 117 9(d) notarized to join your application? You mean to exclude your children from your application? There is no such form that I'm aware of. If that is what you mean though, you can expect an extended processing time because when it comes to children, CIC is vehemently against excluding them.

Hi Alurra,
Actually, I don't have any other choice.
My ex wife has the total custody on the kids, and refused them to enter the process with me. I had unfortunately no other way to go in process.
I also provided all the official divorce from the French court about that. Hope they will understand my situation...
