Clarification needed regarding few questions...

Hi All. I have few questions regarding spousal visa application for my wife.

1. On additional family information document signature of each member is necessary? At form itself there is no option but on checklist its stated.

2. Main problem area is proof of contact information section. I have call records only on watsapp. On one page i can adjust maximum 4-6 screenshots, how can i fill all data in 10 sheets. I am talking to her from last 2 years as we were in long distance relationship.

3. Currently I am not employed but till Nov 2017 I was employed. Now I just came back from India after my marriage, do I need to explain this too?

1. No, just the Principal Applicants signature is required.

2. You don't need to provide every single conversation, just a snapshot of your conversations from different periods throughout your relationship (i.e. I would put some from when you first started dating, then some a little bit into your relationship and then some more recent ones).

3. Yes, I would write a letter explaining your employment situation.

I have few clarifications on the dependent PR application forms. Could anyone please help ?

1. If a item/doc in the checklist is not applicable, should we fill NA or leave it blank ?
2. Police Certificate and Medical Doc are not required at the time of application submission. Should we fill NA or leave it blank or mark it as we are submitting later ?
3. Whether Use of Representative form needs to be sent if I'm sponsoring my wife ? I read in few posts that CIC is sending back the forms if Use of Representative form is not present in the package.
4. In "imm0008enu_2d" form, what number should we put for "How many family members, including you, are in this application" ? Is it one or two (including sponsor) ? I'm sponsoring my wife and we don't have any children.
