Hi everyone,
I will be submitting my CEC application very soon. I have a difficult situation in my CEC application. I have a travel history mismatch in my CEC application with my previous study permit application when I first came to Canada. I failed to include one of my stay in a country where I stayed more than 6 consecutive months. However, In my CEC application I want to include all my travels and stays outside my home country. Also, curretly all my previous visa and permit has been already expired. I am applying from outside Canada.
In ENF2 OP 18 at 9.7 it states that "An application for a visa abroad, or for entry into Canada at a port of entry may be denied based on a misrepresentation made in connection with the current application or
examination only, unless the person was previously the subject of a refusal for misrepresentation and the resulting two-year inadmissibility period has not elapsed."
The file can be found in google by searching by "ENF 2 OP18 evaluating inadmissibility"
If I am not wrong, it means that If I do not misrepresent anything in my current PR application, then I am fine. I will not be inadmissible for a misrepresentation made 5 years back on a previous study permit application which is already expired.
Can seniors clarify this point.
Thanks in advance
