I have recently received a CEC invitation in the last draw. I worked at company A from July 2021 to July 2022 and at Company B from June 2022 to July 10 2024. At company B, I consistently worked over 50 hours per week for my entire tenure. I also took two vacations: one for 50 days in 2022 and another for 45 days in 2024. Even though, I did not have paid leave, can this experience be considered 3 years of full-time work for CEC purposes? should I accept the invitation, and what steps should I take both the job fall under NOC B category.

This will not be considered as 3 years of work experience.

To count 3 years of work experience, you must have 52 x 3 weeks of paid work experience where you worked at least 30 hours.

It doesn't matter that you worked 50 hours a week.

Based on what you've written about your unpaid vacations, it sounds like you are a few months short to have 3 full years of work experience.
